One person that requested my authorization recently says "yes".  I guess thats ok with me, but could be a problem if all the rp'ers on europa start trying to get on each others icq's list.   Tongue Tongue Tongue

BoC isn't a member of CoRE, so we don't even have branch on the CoRE forums.

Your ICQs are not listed on a public forum.

However, there is a thread asking everyone to post their ICQ  on this very OOC board.
