THE ASSAULT ON TERATHAN KEEP!When:The 13th December at 1700 GMT
Where:Hunt organized from the barracks to papua then on to Terathan Keep.

What:As Erik had instructed me to hold a hunt to the dreaded Terathan Keep in the lost lands for my Grenadier trials, I felt like today was a good day for it. And indeed it was! All of the men who turned up were veterans, and this was a welcome sigh for my eyes.
I order the men to move to Papua at once and watchman Kas was so helpful to open a gate there for us.
The men arrive in PapuaMoving towards the keep, Kas suddenly got lost and Sergeant Erik Arkay had to look for him. They returned eventually but this delayed the expedition and I feared our foes might have spotted us...But alas, they weren't that cunning.
Kas gets lost and is found againBefore beginning the long walk up the hill I held a prep talk in which I promised nothing but Blood Sweat an' tears! So get healing! Watch your buddies! This is going to be tough!
Stay tuned!We moved cautiously and slowly up the winding road around the keep, keeping an eye on the cliffs above and below us. Suddenly out of nowhere, large snake-like beasts jumped and attacked us, shouting they rasping battlecries, which were soon drowned in shouts of "FOR COVE" and "DIE ABOMINATION". Cove's finest made it and crushed down reptilian upon reptilian, all fell before the solid square of Covians linking shields and shoulders.
Coves Finest!Advancing steadily, the Covians finally managed to get away from the hordes of reptilians only to discover that the spiders were waiting for them...Battling them fiercely, in the same way we battled the Reptilians, we struck them down, entering the keep slowly and cautiously, as we were attacked regularly by angry spiders.
Damn spiders!
Ambush!
FOR COVE!I finally discovered the passage down to the dungeon, where we was to head....Looking down and smelling the stench of death and decay, I jumped down with the rest of the men in close pursuit...Kas casted some sort of magic spell on us that made me able to look in the dark, not that we elves needed it...As we jumped down we were attacked and battling in the darkness, it was a testament to Cove's fine me that no-one got badly hurt. All men managed through the fight and we was in the end victorious.
How deep is that rabbit hole?
VICTORY! Again the forces of Cove triumphWe then moved toward the inner chamber, where their most foul magicians practiced demon summoning. Althalus reported loads of snakes holed up in the inner chamber and a huge demon to boot.
Let's teach 'em...
Ouch!But in the last the demon and countless of it's companions died under the brave blades of cove, even though many of us was badly injured all made it out. Even our esteemed commander turned up to save the day. Getting as quickly as possible out from the barracks, our raid must have stirred hell as we heard loud thumps that made the walls shake the moment we left. Undoubtedly some hideous ancient abomination, awoken from its slumber
Escape, but only just!Proceeding back to the barracks I distributed the gold amongst the guardsmen, and took 10000 crowns for the militia coffers. FOR COVE! DISMISSED!
