Outside the gates of Cove now stands a mighty stronghold. This building can be used how BoC chooses.

In an IC sense it's a big fortress to help protect the "frontline" of Cove, ie: the main City gates.

The basement is still "under construction" so I'm letting the members of BoC choose what they want there, and I'll build it.
Any other comments on the design are welcomed Smiley It will be deco-ed after the basement is finished, so no deco comments at the mo Smiley

I think it would be a good idea to put some bed rooms in it for BoC soldiers without houses in cove and have a book or plaque of some sort to say who currently sleeps in there.

When i say bed rooms i don't mean what the barracks has, two beds and a few stolls in the corner, i mean indevidual compartments for individual people.

Oh and if possible could you make it so that it doesnt overlap the space around the Cove gate? Just makes it crap for sentrys etc

Ok, a brief rundown of what this stronghold is:

IC: It's a large defensive structure.

OOC: It's another place for BoC to gather, if they wish, that's close to the actual City and can involve Cove as a whole.


There is a main "turret", the wooden structure at the front of the building. This is a lookout point, and I put it in to blend with the Cove walls themselves.

The outside walkways allow plenty of fighting "on the walls" of the stronghold, before enemy forces can breach the heavy iron doors and gates to get inside.

There's a main hall which can be used for meetings, large functions etc.
The floor above is still in debate, but it will for the most part be a private office area.

There are a lot of secret doors which will be set to Guild Members Only, in order to provide a tactical advantage in defending the place.

It took me around 10 hours to design and build, and will probably take a few more to decorate.

In response to the stables and sleeping areas:

I would love to do this, and I am going to try and put a few beds in. However ultimately, IC this is a Stronghold, and a Barracks is a place where soldiers sleep.
Perhaps if this stronghold can provide a place for activity to come, then the barracks could be adapted into more of a... well, barracks!

In addition to that statement:

I am also going to be buying the THB house south of the stronghold (the shop with all the vendors). Before handing it over to whoever will be holding it (and who will take care of it) I will design it into a Highlander base due to the proximity to the mountain, with a stable for the Dragoons.
