In order to protect our lands we must be constantly vigilant and commited in our patrolling. Short, sharp, routine patrols are what homeland security is made of. Patrols do not have to gruelling tests of endurance, but can be a simple march around the Covian Shire, or Cove itself!

Logging Patrols
Whenever you lead or organise a patrol, on completion of the duty post details below in the following template.

* Area Covered - Time, Day, Date of Patrol
* Purpose of Patrol if possible
* Squad Leader (Your Name, Rank)
* Guardsmen in Attendance (Including Name, Rank)
And then include ye main stories, and so forth.

For example...

Patrol of Covian Shire - 8pm GMT, Saturday 16/04/05
Following up reports of screaming in the woods.
Led by Gregor Eason, Commander
* Grief Dryfh Gry, Senior Guardsman
* Ryan Greystone, Junior Guardsman (Grenadiers)

Patrol of Occupied Altmere - 3pm GMT, Tuesday 19/04/05
Scouting out Kaldorian forces and territory.
Led by Althalus, Sergeant (Light Company)
* Tiolas Amildor, Regular Guardsman (Light Company)

Patrol of Cove - Delivered some leather armour to he barracks 22:00 GMT, 19/04/05

Delivered some leather armour to Covain barracks
Patrolled along the road in Altmere towards the desert
where we discovered some ant hole leading to em
undead woods in Yew, Had some difficulties with
the local guards

- Clear the road for safe trade

Patrol of Cove.

- Keeping the peace within Cove.

Findings :

- A fellow standing on his bed squeeling like a little girl because of a rat in his house.
- Two headless and a troll near the old watchtower.
