I won't increase the text size because then that will deviate from the design template; but I'll find an artwork piece without so much cape.

That's a good point, Tom.
Our one and only Captain should decide, but its not amazing - I can probably find a better piece of art and do a proper job.
OR... I could just take the image for the normal guardsman and put "Captain" on it.
