Militia Duties: Honor your squad!

Captain Shadwell storms into the Barracks, almost breaking the door off it's hinges.

Arkay! You blundering idiot! My Watchmen! WHAT have you done with my watchmen?!?

Well errr...You see Captain...the war eh.... Casualties and all sir...Died for their Baron and all sir...

What?!? Deserters the lot of them! There shall be no more unauthorised dieing in the Baronship! Anyhow, I need more watchmen! Do you have ANY idea what this does to my piecharts Arkay?!? MY PIECHARTS!?!

Yessir! I'll get right on it! Sir!


Tasks:

There are too many squads at the moment for too few people. So I'm calling a do or die!

Over the comming 3 weeks all Squads will have an oppertunity to prove themselves. Your mission is the following:

- As many leaflet drops as possible
- As many parades as possible (non squad members may join)
- As many recruits as possible (Will count double)
- Every event or training held with a new recruit
- As many leaflet drops on other shards as possible (Will count double)
- Any other action that will result in new members
- All missions must be reported in this thread

At the end of this period based on the result of your Squads, some of them will be kept or disbanded till enough Guardsmen are present to warrant a new squad. If that should happen every guardsman in the squad will be placed back into the general guardship and can attempt to join another squad if they should choose to.

Recruitment!

I decided ah best beh supportin' m' squad and so, I went on a Recruitment run. I placed Banners, and leaflets at major Moongates, and shrines. In total placing Fifeteen leaflets!




After a bit of laying down leaflets I ran into A smith who wished to make residence in Cove, and perhapps supply our troops as his work becomes better.
