Dear Sir;

I am formally requesting to be reviewed for admission to the Grenadiers.  I have completed my Watchman Trials and am awaiting promotion to Junior Guardsman.  I am still in the process of reading all the information I can find; I think I am about 2/3rd of the way thought this.

As you have seen, I am dedicated to the cause.  There is not grater mission in life then to serve one’s ruler and protect the land which he rules over.

Senior Tel'var... Dem'... Ye have joined and then resigned from the Baron's Own Grenadiers on at least three seperate occasions. This is something the Baron as well as myself and Corporal Thenasa have frowned upon greatly.

You were warned when last ye regained yer bronze armour that another such incident may not be tolerated by the Brotherhood. And so... *sighs* at this point in time I am unable to offer ye a path back into the Grenadiers.

That said old friend, no-one can deny your qualities as a warrior and so if you carry out your duties as befitting a Senior Guardsman and show loyalty to Cove this application may be reviewed in the future.

The Brotherhood will be monitoring your progress.

I Kurt Alimar, Current Regular in the Covian Guard would like to be apart of The Grenadiers.  I believe my expertise in many styles of combat that I have learned from being a Highlander and Dragoon is valuable to the grenadier cause.  I have fought in many campaigns to include The Kaldorian Line, and The Minocian Campaign,  I am ready to take on any trial set before me to be apart of the Barons Own Grenadiers.

I regret to say that I am interested in the Grenadiers. With lacking the elite Dragoons, I suppose the second best would be Grenadiers. I do not wish to be left in the main block of unsquaded "Cattle" Guardsmen, afterall before the Dragoons were formed I was indeed inline to become a Grenadier under the guidance of Vince Valentine. I am even learning to use those bulky over wheight things called sheilds. I'm a little to slow on my feet these days to keep on dodging blows as I used to with my axe.

With my experiance with commanding such an elite squad as the Dragoons, I am sure I will be more then enough to brighten up the future of the bronzies.
Perhaps a bit more information from the Commander, or Sergeant and I will be signing up fully.

*Marcus sat at his desk cradling an arm. It had been broken in the previous nights engagement against Vesper. He muttered many things, much unpleasant about discipline and the general decline of recruits. He then looked out the window at his friend Takeamada's home.
He nodded to himself and pulled out letter head and pen. He then, in a firm and confident hand penned the following letter.*

"Sergeant Torrak Keres,

    I Marcus Illinius Kobra, Regular Guardsman, Husband of Rose and father of Ethan and Tristan, an honour bound friend, and a faithful servant of Avatar, after many years of honourable and unblemished service to the Baron, Cove and its surrounds, do request trials to determine my eligibility to become one of The Baron's Own. I pen you this letter as I look upon the home of an exceptional Grenadier, a man who is my friend and indeed already my brother. It is his absence and the general lack of discipline within the main block which require me to step forward and take these actions. I am honour and duty bound to seek such trials, and therefore humbly request trials be considered, devised, and granted to myself.
