As we all know Training Drills are and have always been an important aspect of the army. Which is why we would like to introduce The Drill Instructors Ribbon of Competence.
This Ribbon shall be awarded to the guardsman who shows off his competence in running an effective, diversive and overall exciting training drill. The drill can be on whatever you choose, be it parade orders, battle formations, team battles, healing or all of the above. Any guardsmen may participate wether you are a recruit or a senior.
Submit reports of your drill below this post in a detailed format. You will not only be judged on the drill you orginize but also the report you submit.
The winner shall be awarded the following- The Drill Instructors Ribbon of Competence
- 50.000 gold coins
