The Covian Mafia

Hey guys! I am trying to start a sort of subculture for civilians+soldiers in BoC, to take place of the Organization, which ive heard has been destroyed, dismantled etc I want to start something called the "Covian Mafia" within the Barony of Cove, of course.
 

 One would obtain rank by doing things for the godfather, or capos.  Although assasination is obviously out of the question, since you can't really make anyone just die and stop playing UO, there will be several "Assasination Attempts" for those that owe money, or have dished out secrets about the mafia.. Anyone is welcome to join, and the ranks are as follows.

 Babo- Basically a recruit of the mafia.
 Wiseguy- The equivalent to a watchman.
 Made Man- The first valuable rank of any mafiosi.
 Capo Regime-  A capo "Captains" assistant.
 Capo- A captain in the mafia, a very high and prestigious rank.  To doublecross someone of such high stature, is almost certainty of death.
  Capo di tutti Cappi-  The Captain of all the Captains, also known as the Godfather. 

 
 Other Ranks.

 Consigliere- Financial Advisor for the Mafia.
 Capo Bastone- Second in Command.
 Piciotto- A temporary enforcer for the mafia.

  As you can see, ive gone to a great extent to set this up.  Im hoping plenty of people will be interested, although i'd like to make this particular venture alot more interesting than the Earth Serpent Fang, take a chance.

Concerning The Organization - I think that leading something like that requires at least its founder to be active ingame... Also many new faces showed up recently (including meself) so I think that it'd be possible to create something like this...

As said before, done right any sort of criminal element in Cove is a fun concept and something that has been tried more than once before but alas with no great success.

In my opinion it takes some dedicated playing time to be a success and then we're back to the issue of alts sustaining it and that can lead to problems.

Also just as with the citizen element you have gotta start slowly and have a structure and method to your madness before you start otherwise it will all just fall down. The civvie element has been going several months now and although it is sustaining itself there are only half a dozen active/semi active characters.

Get a core of a few members... run a few small time scenarios... see how it goes? Dont suddenly have an underworld family of 10 members it's not gonna last. Start with petty theft, work it up and recruit members dont just join all and sundry.

I agree entirely with Raiden....Build it up slowly and avoid too much structure and high-level stuff from the getgo....Allow it to build up slowly and avoid at all costs using Alts.

Recruit new people, adopt a criminal element in your existing character...It's no easy task, that's for sure! Else we'd be seeing a RP community with thousands of players

I know, I know, it's easy to say "That's not good" and not to propose anything instead, but I'll let you know when I'll figure some good names
