I understand that Joey does not run these anymore unless i've been informed incorrectly?

Well if no one wishes to organise them but wants to attend, I suppose i could play some part in helping to get this feature back again....
I'd really like to see new recruits and old one's compete as IC it would be a great feature and talking point.
Furthermore it could be included in both sections of the gossip goblin?
Example:
Entirely OOC Section -  The grand winner of the arms master tournament is -----
Gossip section (IC) - We have been informed that ---- is taking nightshade and shall be disqualified!

Argh, Sorry for posting on my churchie account, logged it in to check my PM's, which had been packed with the wonderful issues of The Gossip Goblin!

But I seriously think that the Command team should review this and think about it and wether or not to re-introduce it....

It doesn't have to be Joey that runs them. In the past others have like Ahmed, but I'm sure you'd have to check with Joey first.  The tournament is fun and I'd love to compete without worrying about fighting Joey or Vince Tongue.

Well Arc/Joey was the man for hosting it.

Plus he sorted the armour and weps so everything was levelled out and he devised the knockout scenarios and he built the arena.
