Warning concerning OTC drugs.

Hmm with my busy schedule fatiguing me so badly. It was suggested by a buddy that I should try Tylenol PM, a pain reliever that helps you sleep at night as I'm sure most of you know. We'll that doesn't sound so bad right? Tylenols nothing like Diazapam or Morphine, or LSD. We'll I've taken them each night for a week. that's 2 pills (as suggested in the directions) about 2 hours before bed. The result of this, noticed the FIRST night I tried it. Physicadelic dreams involving work and even UO!! I do NOT recommend trying this to anyone who's not taking the Tylenol for pain.

And I WILL kill that buddy of mine. getting me chased by those 3 headed werewolf things from tokuno.... oh and falling off the barracks in nought but a Covian kilt!!

I really had those and WORSE dreams... nightmares really. A few involved helicopter crashes.... which i woke up crying from! It was a vivid nightmare and i woke thinking it had jsut happened... when i realized i was in my room i seriously didnt know what the feck was up... like how I'd got to my room... Even called the Duty Office and asked if anything happened recently. Nothing did of course, jsut my crazy nightmare.
 
SO um, only take pain meds when in pain...

I took some amusing pain killers the one time I did - the warning read "Discontinue use if you feel disturbed" 

and acid... Why would you take that to sleep?

Doing drugs is a discipline in itself, don't take them if you can't handle them.
