Sir,

during my recent business journeys an opportunity arose before me to import many valuable and quality goods from distant lands. Hence I needed a small vessel to quickly transport them to Cove.

Hereby I officially request the registration of my ship, named URIAVA, therefore to be able to use the "H.B.S." prefix in the name and be allowed to fly the Baronship banner on the mast.

Of course the ship will be available for any military activities if such need will appear.
