Quiver rules

So..I know(and agree) that wearing a shadow colored quiver when on Events is required.

But what about hunts? If we for example are hunting in Ice dungeon...can we wear/use Quiver of Fire??

As far as I know you can use any player crafted quiver but it must be shadow dyed.

But the Fire,Blight,Cold and Energy Quivers cant be dyed with any dyes in my knowledge.

Yeah hence the reason why Kelly was breathing down Tyrael's neck, I tried to dye it but it couldn't be done!  looks like everyone has to stick to the elemental quiver or something I dunno
