Cove needs YOU! Fresh officers sought!

With the recent death of sergeant Valentine, and Garak Nightchill's decision to resign from Covian high command it is time for a new generation of idealistic and enthusiastic Covian officers to come forth! Anyone may apply for the rank of officer cadet, although rank will be taken into consideration.

We are looking for:

*People who are active, mature, calm and thoughtful.
*Full of ideas and ways to improve the guild.
*Good at mediating disputes between guild members as well as managing relations with the community and UO playerbase at large.

You will be expected to:

*Run at least one event a week.
*Be dedicated to BoC. This means BoC should be your first guild and the one you spent the most time on.
*Continually and actively discuss and create ideas on the command board.
*Be able to present and voice your ideas with a decent level of maturity and standards of English. You don't have to be perfect, but you need to be readable.
*To always strive for the guild of the guild and the players within it, setting aside your own personal grievances with people.

You will receive:

*Full access to the highly active Covian command board.
*The rank of officer cadet (equivalent to regular guardsman).
*Help and tutoring from current command members.
