Is there a thread or page somewhere with a list of guilds that we are at war with and a list of towns/cities we can't eneter?
If not, can we get one?

The only area you should stay out of is Stonekeep since their the only ones we are at war with. But that might change in the near future...

I was wondering this as well. We are attackable by a great number of guilds, and newcomers to BoC don't have any idea of who is really our enemy!
