With all the new orders coming Coves way, i thought it would be prudent to prepare our stockpile of resources. One of our most popular items are the armours of leather. Made from the spined leathers of scaly foes no less!
I approached Guardswoman Zoie, and explained my intentions. She was most helpful, and agreed to accompany me in getting the hides. That's not all though! We also had the help of a few other guardsman, who would ensure our safe travels.
Mister Valentine opened up a portal, leading to the dungeon that the guardsman had nicknamed 'Despise'. Not the friendliest name I've ever heard, I'd have called it the bunny caves, but I'm no warrior
Shrugs lightly*We entered, and the guardsmen took a defensive formation around our pack animals, ready to strike down danger as it appeared!
Then the fighting began...
Go girl!I cut away the hides as quickly as I could. My knife sawing through their skin like a hot knife through butter. Not a pleasant job whatsoever, but it had to be done.
It got chillier as we got deeper within, obvioulsy these ugly fiends don't feel the cold...
Brrrr...The guardsmen were fantastic, with no fear and stony determination throughout! It was hard not to be mightily impressed by their mighty skills...
Bravest of the brave!The lizardman fell thick and fast, and we soon had a packhorse full of leather!
We'd gathered enough, the guardsmen were tired, as was I. Miss Zoie, who had led the guardsmen throughout, ordered the Covian heroes to fall back, and we retreated through Kas' portal once more. A fine trip, with a wonderful escort. Many thanks Brave Covians.
