I have a bunch of empty runebooks, pretty likely I have some spare runes you need.

Maybe I'll even find some spare recall scrolls, but I can't say for sure now.

Heh, anyway, there are some scribes around in Cove. Ask Erik Arkay, he'll gladly make you all the runebooks you need, including runes! For free!
