Warn Before Attacking! [PR]

There was an incident earlier today when a player was attacked whilst being away from keyboard, and came back to find corpse (and obviously possessions) gone.
Unsure who did this, but as it was an Enemy guild member who fell, and it was in our territory, I thought I'd run this rule by you.

WARN BEFORE YOU ATTACK.

Something like "Have at thee!", or... "Prepare to taste my blade!", and give the receiving party the chance to move or respond or something. It's not pleasant returning to find your stuff all gone, even though the Enemy guild member was bound to be fumbled upon.
