Might not intrest you cove lot, but ive come to the conclusion that im way too lazy and/or inactive to warrant such a killer house spot.

Its the Stonekeep crossroads house. Just down the east road, about 10 seconds from stonekeep. Ripe for a privately run tavern, or a tradepost or somesuch.

Any and all offers welcome.
