An average supermarket in the U.S. has 50,000+ product.. When I was in Europe I was at a McDonalds and their burgers were nothing like the U.S. and when I asked for ranch dressing and hot sauce they had no idea wtf it was.. I noticed that grocery stores in Europe don't have nearly as much condiments for their food...

Yes...this is two slabs of chicken with cheese, Bacon, and whatever sauce you want to make yourself feel like crap with for the next two days... It's made by KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) and is called "The Double Down" Likely because you have to place a wager on your health once you order this culinary Abortion.

Quite honestly they're only one epic fat fail away from The KFC "Death Dealer"...
