The morning, fiver very brave Covians walked a horse with packs full of explosives all the way from Cove to Luna, it was here as we kept following a certain path, there was no much death on the way, the roads were very quiet and empty, the reason for walking was simply because we needed this horse to live, otherwise we would have had to carry the kegs ourselves. We followed a specific map all the way to the drow village.

On the way we spotted a drow camp and murdered slaughtered many drow, the bastards will think twice for now on. We stopped at the bridge that led to the drow village and it was here that Kal Shadowhand used his sneaking skills to hide in the shadows and scouted the area. We were now in enemy territory and had to arm up for and get ready for anything.

We set up the first explosives at the first building which seemed to be a barracks of some sort. We blew off the post, watching as the entire side of the building collapsed and we blew the doors right off. The second was a drow temple of some sort, or a shrine. We set up the explosives, lit the fuse and again, watched as it burned to a crisp. The second one looked like it could have been a resting place for them, I was nor sure, but we set the explosives at the door. A drow ran and hid came outside and was shocked to see explosives and Covians ready to blow up the building. We did not see this drow come back outside, as they were most likely trapped in the building.

Then a drow with a crossbow, whom did not speak much words and was most likely shocked, pissed off or upset at the incident, hesitated for sometime to shoot us with arrows, a cowardly drow indeed, just like they all were. We let this drow live as they did not seem willing to put up a fight, as we were walking away however, the drow shot us from behind and we quickly armed up and chased them around for many minutes before knocking them out. It was here that we took our leave and ran back to the barracks.

It was another grand victory for Cove! According to the commander, drow are no longer allowed in Cove and must be escorted out.

This morning when it was nice and quiet in Cove and I was awake while everyone else was asleep, I decided to take a trip to the angry cave known as Covetous, I had slain a harpy, and a birdwoman on the way. The harpies were not as furious as I thought they would, I had slain twenty two in less than an hour and many of those were the birdwomen made of stone. *snickers*

I traveled deep and far into this cave until I saw corpser's, I let them live as they were not my mission. I turned around and fought many more on the way out. I cut up their wings and pulled out their feathers, gathering what I could. By the end I had 1100 feathers and 3827 gold pieces that I had gladly donated to the coffers. I dropped the feathers and the gold inside the red box at the barracks.

'Ere is a sketch of another grand banner I put together earlier within Haven City! It was a big one and many saw it!! Again, just spreadin' the word!!

I posted ten banners througout the world today! Spreading the good word, I even picked up a recruit who Kal Shadowhand invited into the army! Hnn, there was a problem at Skara Brae however, a man took all my clothes an' I 'ad to do the banner without them.

Delferium and I were kickin' our feet around this morning, thinking of what we could do for Cove and then he thought of an idea, a sentry at the Goblin! We gathered our wood, made our enterance and made sure everythin' was blocked off, we held the sentry for around 45 minutes. We also got bored an' had some tournaments between a duck and a chicken tha' Delferium named nuggets! The chicken won against the duck of course. I even took it upon myself to eat the duck after th' chicken had killed it. We also 'ate a pan of cookies an' some pies while we slacking off standing guard!

Cove is saved once more due to the guardsmen superior ability to stand still an' keep a watchful eye at a sentry!

I shall make this one quick as I have another report to write. Earlier this afternoon, Jassi, Faden and a citizen of Cove, attended to a treasure hunt. Mary led the treasure hunt as she was the one tracking down the chests and digging them up! We traveled to Buccaneer's Den to dig up the first one, there was no luck in finding this one, Faden and I watched as she kept digging in what she swore was the right location. After first failure we sailed to an island not far from our current location, luckily we had a boat. There were many serpents, mongbats and other creatures on this one so Faden and I finally got to be of some use, we protected Mary as she tried digging up the chest. This one was successful as we dug 'er up, t'was trapped with a few explosion traps an' a few monsters came after us, some gargoyles and a hell hound. We opened the chest to see what we came for, treasure!


In the end, Faden and myself both donated 1,500 gold peices to the coffers! A fairly short, but good treasure hunt, indeed!

This is for those who do not know and for those who may be curious why a recruit that goes by the name "Lenny Frostblade" is missing. Sadly, he exploded within the barracks, armor peices, body parts and bones scattered everywhere! He was given a purple wine at the Trinsic Rose and taste tested it for the Baron, he swigged the whole bottle! I was there when it 'appened! I did not know the recruit that well, but we should all take a moment of silence for the poor guy.. He sure went out with a bang! T'was also funny at the same time, some other recruits and myself picked up the body parts and bagged them, picked up the armor peices and mopped up the barracks floor.

Remember, if are you going to explode, ye should do it on enemy territory! Let this be a note though that purple drinks are not always safe.

I still 'ave amnesia to this day, when I was taken into Cove, Lenny was the first face I saw, he seemed like a real nice lad, very warming to be around. A lot of folks loved him as I saw some o' them given him hugs and kisses as he stood there and blushed. He seemed very much like a emotional aloof, but also seemed very dark in a way.

The officers of the army had me lead a patrol to the Orc fort, we slaughtered four brutes and jus' about every orc inside, I do not believe they will be breeding anytime soon. There was also a boat down by the docks that it looked like orcs had been
using. We burned it! We had quite a bit of loot from the patrol, around twenty thousand!

At 8:00 AM, on the 5/11/09, Captain Hoagie held a hunt, we traveled to lowest level of despise, slaughtering any titan, cyclops, troll, ettin and ogre lords in our path, from there I finally had found a runestone to the original location at cyclops valley, we killed just about everything, a good variety of mongbats, lizard men, titans, harpies, you name it. We slaughtered everything on a beach nearby when we decided it was time to relax in the sun, ate some pigs, had some drinks and ate apples.

We were then stranded, pondering the way back as we had lost our mage. We then spotted a boat and did not hesitate to hop on board, well, one of the guardsmen had some trouble getting on board we sailed all the way across the ocean of the lost lands to hit more land, we traveled through what could have very well been a suicide, looking for a way out, we were lost for at least an hour, walking down this path of death, which turned out to be a huge advantage, we found a lighthouse that had a tunnel that led to Yewish Prisons. From there we had to escape from the prison and run to the moongate undetected, as we were in enemy territory. We finally made it home after several hours of a long hunt.

The night was quiet and peaceful with lamps flickering and the buzzing of small things could be heard. Two recruits by the name of Lenny Frostblade and Thomas Aylmer decided to take a stroll through Cove during this wonderful night, but not all peaceful nights must end so peaceful.

The two guardsmen spotted a unconscious man in a set of rather nice dull copper armor, he was also wearing a valorite kilt, cap, a forest green sash and cloak. It looked like he had been in the water, as he was all soaked and wet. Thomas picked him up over his shoulder to carry him to the healers while Lenny stayed behind to watch for anything suspicious, it was not long before the recruit followed them back to the healers.

Lenny was rather curious about the man, he had a gorgeous bright red hair, a badge that had a name "Jassi Cowin" And a seperate badge on a sash that said "Member of the Royal Britannian Guard." It was then that Lenny because furious and wanted to kill the man on sight. Lenny had stripped the man of his armor and a bright orange blade he was carrying. The man appeared to be waking up rather slowly, one eye after the other. It was not before long when the man suddenly jumped from the bed, grabbed his blade from Lenny and held it to his throat. Thomas put his hands up and was trying to calm the man down. He was asking where he was and what his name was, Thomas replied that he was in Cove and Lenny told the man his name. Jassi lowered his blade, it appeared that he had memory loss and did not know who he was.

After much conversation and much questions that were asked, Jassi agreed to stay in Cove and thanked the men for their hospitality. Thomas began showing Jassi around Cove and even faced him against an ogre, the man could fight as well as any hardened guardsmen could, he definitely had experience from his unknown past. Jassi was also offered to join Cove, at first he was not to comfortable as he may very well have been some sort of noble or loyalist, Jassi had asked Thomas much questions regarding the loyalists, Britain and the king. Both Thomas and Lenny agreed that it could be a advantage if they had such a man inside the army. Jassi had agreed to temporarily join the army, but was not fond of taking orders of a army that he had known nothing about.

It was not long before Hoagie arrived and was rather intrigued by Jassi, he was instantly recruited into the Covian Army and was even offered citizenship, due to his past, and being a possible loyalist. Jassi agreed to join the army instead. It is that, Jassi threw away his old outfit and donned a new look for his fresh new start in the Covian Army.
