Special Offer: Recruit & Watchman Trainings, August 3rd/4th

As part of the Army's ongoing campaign to drill into the skulls of all reinforce the concepts of discipline and teamwork, I will award a Guardsman Duty to anyone who leads a training on August 3rd or 4th which at least three soldiers below the rank of Junior Guardsman attend.

- This offer is only valid for Trainings Led and Reported on August 3rd or 4th.
- At least 3 attendees must be Recruits or Watchmen.
- The report may not be delegated to an attendee, unless one volunteers. If that attendee fails to report it within the duration of this offer, the training will not be counted as a Guardsman Duty.
- All attendees receive on Attended Training point.

Topics covered MUST include;
- Parade Orders and their Execution.
- Battle Orders, their Importance, and their Execution.
- Crosshealing and Formations, and their use.
- The Chain of Command, and how to address and behave in the presence of Superiors, Churchmen, and Nobles.

The format of the training is up to the person who leads it.
