I had a very good turnout for my Cadre, so started things off with lining them up.
Demonstrating how to address a superior and how to act when joining a line up.
Kerri explains items of the dress uniform to which I added about the boots, sash, kilt and staple belt for Regular Guardsmen. Once battle armour was discussed I continued with some basic orders.
I explained the uses of the double line and how it should be formed correctly.
Dinman shows his knowledge of the trackers line command.
From there we moved onto forming up, where I explained the front line should be made up of sheild bearers, especially stronger or more higher ranked members. The flanks by those with pole arms, leaving the rear to archers and arcanists.
The final orders were target and charge, I made sure they understood why you don't attack on the order target and why there was a seperate order for that.
Finally I had them line up again to inform them about the duties of a watchman before having them all dismissed.
