Well I'll be Marcus K got promoted, and almost a year since he joined!  Thanks all for helping him make watchman! Hopefully he can make Regular in short order! Also Note that The Dragoons are getting disbanded!  Cry Unfortunate!  Well Again thanks to all of you! And heres to getting ready to starting yet ANOTHER year with the BoC!
