A trip to the lands of Ilshenar, was in order of the day, to gather as many of the rare ingredients required for making a small consignment of Chocolate at the Baron's request. 

In extreme heat and through sticky, slimy sludge we did trudge.  The Sergeant's boots were almost left behind in the bog as the fibrous texture of the swamp clung to claim them and no doubt to claim him too.  During our trip it was not uncommon to end up underneath the corpse of a bog thing, after they fell to the careful attention of a Covian's weapon. 

The stench of the swamp was almost unbearable and I was forced to lead the group up into the mountains to escape it.   The climb however was not so easy for some and I would not wish to embarrass anyone by mentioning any names.  It would seem that some are getting a little saggy around the middle, lack of exercise or just age?  Elementals of all descriptions erupted from the rocks around us, as we climbed.  Was all this worth the measly two ingredients we found, I ask ye?  Of course it was!  For Cove, for our Baron.
