Right Recruits are Slacking and need to be whipped into shape!
So i will be leading a gruelling training session for recruits and watchman that will leave you crippled!!

Attend: Mainly recruits and watchman though other are welcome.
Bring: Light cloths, Shirt, shorts and shoes. And combat equipment.
Content: Physical exercise and a free for all.

Be There or I'll organise a personal training with just you and me!!!
