Theres a greatly worn structured house right next to the Town Gates, anyone know anything about this or if I may contact the owner; Obadiah Lynch, about purchasing it.
If not, it'd be nice if i could get the spot reserved when it falls as i intend to set up a resource warehouse or a community place.


Edit: Sorry Realised Noxarian is getting the spot, i don't want to nudge in on his dream Smiley , Kal has offered me the "Mysterious House" near the tavern and i'm delighted to accept.
