I was just thinking, for those who want to play crafters, but still enjoy the army life, Quartermasters. I know there is a posting for one in the “special ranks” section of the army structure, but this would allow more flexibility and role-play options! What I present here is not set in stone but just a first draft of what I propose. If it seems like something we wish to integrate, then I will do the promotion requirements the same way as the army’s is set up and submit it for proposal. Please let me know your thoughts! The Covian Arm is the finest in the land. But to maintain this they have to have the best support in the land, to do this the have the Quartermasters! The Quartermaster and his supply team provided the needed materials and craftsmanship to keep the army going. They can gather and do the work themselves or enlist the aid of the local population to support the needs of the army! They also organize and maintain Army facilities, ensuring that uniforms are ready for issue to new recruits or repair or replacements are available to those harden veterans. They are members of the army and can if need be fight along side the regular forces even thou combat is not their main expertise.
Supply RecruitHaving enlisted at the Covian Barracks to join the Army, the Supply Recruit is the most recent addition to the Baron's forces.
The Recruit is worked hard through menial tasks and errands set by the senior member of the supply command or guardsmen and, thus, must endure a tough life to succeed in earning the coveted Covian headdress cap. However, the Recruit must first attend the Recruit Cadre; phase one of his/her guardsman training.

Supply ClerkThe Supply Clerk has passed out of the Recruit Cadre with flying colors, and has displayed the necessary traits sought in all Covian quartermasters as an Orderly. The Clerk now has the right to wear the Covian headdress cap.
For the most part, Supply Clerk serves in running the daily operations of the quartermasters supply room. They also, however, take on the role of mentoring Recruits and Orderlies; guiding them through the recruiting process and ensuring that there is work to do. At this level, Supply Clerk is also expected to regularly draft up reports on their many duties and adventures.

Supply Corporal (Assistant Quartermaster)Supply Corporals are junior leaders who are tasked with maintaining firm discipline amidst the Covian supply command and providing training and other key exercises for the Army Quartermaster.
Supply Corporals are usually quite long-standing supply personnel that have proven themselves numerous times. There is normally only one Supply Corporal per army faculty, supporting the Supply Sergeant in his/her role.

Uniform Field: Full Shadow Platemail or Chainmail. Covian Sash, Kilt, Cap, and Staple Belt.

Supply Sergeant (Quartermaster)Enormous respect is paid to such men or women who achieve this rank. The duties of the Supply Sergeant include organizing and leading patrols/hunts for resource gathering, and teaching the many courses available at the Academy. The Quartermaster may also aid in administration, and general conduct of guardsmen. There is only One Quartermaster within the army at any given time! Often is the case that the Quartermaster is an old soldier, or a veteran of a hard life, so it is not unheard of for the old dog to bark orders at guardsmen as if he/she owns them. This intimidation works at best on the lower ranks, buts seems to hold no bite with combat harden guardsmen. Strangely enough, however, some officers may still be frightened...

Uniform Field: Full Shadow Platemail or Chainmail. Covian Sash, Kilt, Cap, and Staple Belt.

The reason for the Garrison uniform was, they would be spending alot of time in town. I saw no need to be wearing armor around hindering them while trying to work. Also when performing work in garrison, the should wear an apron, full or half depending on the players choice.
