What: Recruit Cadre Training
When: Friday, 19:00pm GMT, (Every Friday until further notice)
Where: Line Up the barrack parade ground (roof top).

Bring yer Parade/Combat Gear and full kits.

Hence forth, I Hirk’oto Takeamada, Junior Grenadier shall conduct a Recruit Cadre Every Friday at 19:00 GMT sharp!!!  The report for the will list only those recruits being assigned credit for the training, late comers to the training will be allowed to train, but will NOT receive credit for the training!

Guardsman of the rank of Watchman are encouraged to attended to hone their skills, Guardsman of the rank of Junior and above are also welcome to attend and will be asked to be peer trainer's to those having issues during the session and dole out discipline when needed!

Training can include but not be limited to:

-How to address superiors
-Uniform inspections
-Basic formations
-Basic battle orders
-Duties of a guardsman
-Physical training
-Kits and Kit inspection
-Patrol information

No drinking before or during training, those found drunk shall receive 5 lashes and the remainder of the day in jail.

Report:

Because of the number of new recruits we have within the army, a Recruit Cadre was in order.  I plan to hold one each Friday at 19:00 hours GMT to ensure we have all are new personal up to scratch!

For today’s Cadre, Recruits Baolin and Goldhammer were present.  I used the Recruit cadre handbook and went over each item.  We use the talk though / walk though system of training.  We talked about each item, on the how and why’s so they could understand its just not someone yell at them it a reason behind the order.  We covered the following areas of training:

-How to address a superior
-Uniform
-Parade Formation; Line, left & right face, about face, ready arms, at easy, double line, trackers line, and placement within the formations
-Combat Formation; Form, Targeting, Charge.
-Dismissal
-Open question and answers

I think the basic kit and inspection should be added officially to the Recruit Cadre.
Recruits make sure you sign this report for credit for your Cadre training!
