Imagine my surprise this morrow to awaken to a note from Friar Marshall, informing me that a proposed transfer between the murderers 'Sonja' and 'Kiran', with the Guardsmen Militia was thwarted by thee, despite strict orders of the Templi Squire!

The heretic 'Sonja' is believed to frequent Yew often, and hadst thou not been so hasty to shed the blood of thy brothers for sake of land and conquest in the North, we wouldst already be celebrating her capture, and preparing the noose!

Thy incompetence and insolence serves as nought more but direct insubordination, and the individuals involved shalt report to the Church for punishment of thy own accord, or be routed out like dogs and face far greater consequences! Do not even think of trying to hide; I know who thou art! The Church knows everything...!

The following men art to be escorted to the cells on sight by any Guardsman or Templi, and a report written of each man receiving 10 lashes before being released, the report for each man shalt be posted below, complete with at least one sketch as proof!

I arrived at the barracks and sat down to a discussion with Junior Scout Garand. He gave me a brief description of a scuffle involving Vesper and Yew. Well shortly after he left I read this notice and immediately sought him out. I am still seeking the other guardsmen.

I announced to him that he was under arrest and he cooperated fully. No shackles or bindings were required and it was unnecessary to ask him to remove his armour for the lashing.  I applied ten lashes and no more. This task was distasteful to me but.. His Will be done!

Arcanist Valentine hath confessed his sins of insubordination, and taken the fall as it were for all of thee; thou were't merely "following orders".

All unpunished men shalt remain unpunished... Arcanist Valentine, on the other hand, shalt be made an example of;

Arrest him, strip him before the rest of the men and peasantry in the centre of Cove town, and lash his back no less than 20 times! Report this event hither...

He shalt then report to myself to undertake a pilgrimage, to redeem himself in the Lord's eyes!

Let it be known that no man shalt disobey the Church without punishment!

Hoagie walks up to pin up the report and sees the notice...

After a brief pause, he pins it up anyway.

We arrested Kas, and with his full cooperation, carried out the lashing!
