Attended by:

Raiden, Commander. (leading)
Hoagie, Sergeant.
Veldrin, Drowling Corporal.
Delferium, Junior Guardsman.
Torrak Keres, Watchman.
Eddy, Recruit.

Father Siegfried. (joined later)

With nay promotions again this week. *mutters* I ran my eye over the guardsmen present. Checking their armour and parade arms most of them were in good order. Perhaps too good. A few more dints gained on patrol would have been tolerated unlike the condition of Corporal Veldrin's attire.

Recently returned to Cove the drowling looked like she had been dragged through a hedge backwards! Her kit was in a terrible state and a quick jog to the city gates was ordered to help her remember ter get it sorted.

The parade over we had a free for all to keep ourselves battle hardened. The rules are simple... Nay hiding, nay teaming and target the drow first! No sooner had she uttered Kal Vas Vot!? Than the drow was face down in the dirt. One by one guardsmen fell until myself and recruit Eddy were left standing again, much like at the festival a week ago. Although the recruit put up a good fight I was able to down him with a headshot from my mace.

Father Siegfried had joined us on the barracks rooftop by this time and I swear I saw his eyes gleam through his visor as he laid eyes on a female, drow, arcanist! She must receive her brand he bellowed and after a little persuading Veldrin was accompanied down to the cells to receive her arcanist's mark.

She had to be restrained in the chair before being branded and Sergeant Hoagie might do well to visit the healers about those teeth marks. I was always taught drows are poisonous. Gagged and tied to the chair the drow then received her brand from the Templar.

Poor lass... Sent runnin' ter the gates, smashed to the floor in the free for all and then branded fer bein' an arcanist. Hoh! That'll teach her fer callin' me perverse and seen better days.
