Today I led patrol to Honesty cave where Titan and Cyclops live.  After much run about and people run off we all get there.  I had to tell all to stay behind me as was confused on who leading or not following orders. 

We follow the dirt track to cave where many Titan and Cyclop are.  We fight each one we meet and everyone heal good.  No one get bad hit and fall because healing was very close.  I made sure we all hold and not go in too far to get surrounded.  We worked our way around outside and then inside.  We killed many Titan and Cyclop and Golden ones too.

When we have pockets full of gold we began to leave and make way back to moongate.  On way out we keep together until we reach moongate and go back to Cove.

MISSION INTO CYCLOPS CAMP, ILSHENAR

A. PATROL SIZE AND COMPOSITION:

B. MISSION (Type, location, purpose of patrol): To clear the cyclops camp and return with minimum 20,000 in gold.

C. DATE OF DEPARTURE AND RETURN: 7/2.

D. ROUTES OUT AND BACK: Company marched from the gate at Valor due west along the border mountains and made good time to the cyclops's camp (124 27'N, 39 43'W). Returned via same route.

E. RESULTS OF ENEMY ENCOUNTERS: Camp was poorly fortified but well-guarded by ettins, titans as well as cyclopses, a number of which were of high ("golden") ranking. Although enemy had superior numbers they worked independently; company had advantage of working in tandem in terms of strategy and healing and were therefore able to push through the camp and clear the surrounding vegetable gardens, orchard, and forrest.

54,380gp was collected for coffers.

F. CONDITION OF PERSONNEL: No casualties. Equipment lost has been replaced since.

John Murphy joined the line for the patrol. As he reported for duty without any ammunition, he was dismissed and requested to fill his quiver by the time we returned from the patrol. John reported to Rook after the patrol and presented the arrows for inspection.

B. MISSION (Type, location, purpose of patrol): Move through illshenar, cleansing the lands of evil found and gather a minimum of 20,000 coins

C. DATE OF DEPARTURE AND RETURN: 7/2.

D. ROUTES OUT AND BACK: Squad moved from Spirituality Shrine with a heading of North-East, through to the Chaos Shrine.

E. RESULTS OF ENEMY ENCOUNTERS: Initial opposition to our patrol was not strong. We cleared out a cave full of arachnids, and moved to a strange building on a distant island. Strange, human-looking gargoyles lived in this building, and below was full of evil spirits. We retraced our steps out and headed north past Compassion, and through chaos, where we felled a golden daemon.
