The Recruits these days are getting even sloppier and sloppier. It seems half of the have trouble with knowing left from right let alone basic commands and orders. Your job is to remedy this by running a training focussed around basic commands and parade orders.

~Lead a Training/Parde Drill
~Atleast 3 other Guardsmen must attend
~Focus on commands and parade orders, make sure you explain each in their use and need.

This may be completed by Regular Guardsmen or above.
This may be completed TWICE per character.
