The Event (Banner placement).
* Purpose behind event - recruitment

* Achievements - 5 banners placed



Decided to add a few banners to boost the ranks as per the commander's standing order. Nothing untoward happened during the banner placement.

Banner placing reports should be placed in the Grand Banner Campaign II folder.
