A Report on Making Furniture for the Church

By Morgar Dyn

Last night, I came across a request by a Mister Duncan Calder to help build articles the church required, in particlar wooden benches for a main hall. I set to work cutting lumber then, once I had enough of the stuff, set to work with my trusty carpenter's kit, carefully making as many benches as was needed. I dragged them to the building, with Mister Calder guiding the way and Gardsman Recruit Bersi guarding us. After Bersi dealt with some hideous monsters and excused himself, me and Mr. Calder set to work getting the benches where he wanted them.

But, we quickly found that we'd need more benches, as well as bookshelves for a lybrary. So I left Mr. Calder arranging furniture and set off back into the woods.

After a fiddly while with hammer and nails and plane and everything else, not only did Mister Calder have all the benches he could eat, he also had a library fit for the holy bo tomes he wanted to place in them.

*A final pencil outline is of shelves being put together*

40 shillings awarded to Mr Morgar Dyn for his contribution to the northern cathedral. And what a lovely building it's turning out to be.
