I called for a line up at the barracks and after enough guardsmen reported for duty I moved us to the Cove Gates to start the War Games I had planned.
I split the group into two teams by choosing Delferium to be Team-Captain of the Shadows, and Sergeant Keres to be Team-Captain of the Tan and allowing them to choose their own teams from the remainding line up.

Game #1This game would last for 15 minutes and it consisted of two pads of cloth, one tan and one shadow positioned on each end of Cove town. This was to act as the teams respective bases. The game would start with 5 bagballs positioned randomly in Cove town, and the teams would have to scavenge for the bagballs, move them to their base and possibly steal their opponents, while fighting for control at the same time. As the game progressed I introduced more bagballs into the game until there were 20 in total.
The rules for this game were as follows;
- No hiding
- No running with a bagball.
- In order for bagballs to count, they must be positioned on the pad.
Here are some sketches from the game itself;
The game was fairly fast paced, with both Gabriel and Kerri joining in mid-battle, which caused some confusion. In the end the fight was fairly evenly matched and the final scores were close!
The scores for this round was
8 7 for Team Shadow and 6 for Team Tan.
Game #2In this game, everyone was given a bagball to carry each, and both teams assembled in the opposite towers that are on the Cove wall. The object was to knock and loot the opposition and take their bagballs. This came lasted 8 minutes and at 4 minutes in, a final bagball would be introduced to ensure there isn't a draw and encourage the warriors to break stalemate if they haven't already.
The battle started and after each team taking the defensive at the start, T'Keres moved his men forward and ordered a charge. It looked like a almost fatalic moment for Team Tan, losing two warriors early on, but continued to cause casualties to Team Shadow which caused T'Keres to stand ground with his raised members and play a defensive formation almost outside Team Tan's starting base.
End scoring was fairly decisive, with a clear victory to Team Tan!
Game #3This game was originally meant to be the two team leaders fighting each other in the dock arena, and it was, but after several minutes there was no clear leader, so two members from each team were introduced into the battle until there was a winner!
Overall, Team Tan 2, Team Shadow 1!
Thanks to all who came!
