Ah another recruit ready for promotion from the fodder and none other than the son of Coves legendary Commander Gregor Eason, well young Dermott you've got your work cut out for you if you wish to follow the path of a Grenadier, Coves finest but first you must make it to Junior....

Here are your Trials:



Recruitment

Recruiting the simplest of tasks but also one of the hardest!With young men like yourself being promoted we'll need recruits to bolster the flock from whence you came and mould them into soldiers

You are to place banners at following locations Moongate, healer's guild, Warriors guild, bank/town square, Arcane university,thief's guild , Tavern and both gates before finally manning a recruitment stall .

~ Place banner's at the listed locations
~ Hold recruitment stall for 45 minutes
~ Post a full report of your activities below




Leadership:

As a Junior Guardsmen you'll be expected to lead patrols, hunts and trainings for your fellow watchman and recruits.

You are to lead a hunt to the Blood Dungeon in Sacrifice find and slay the Demon filth that patrol its corridors and bring back a bounty of coin and trophies of your venture.

~ Lead a hunt to the Blood dungeon in sacrifice
~ Kill 10 Demons
~ Find and kill a succubus and Balron
~ Retrieve the Succubus boned wing
~Retrieve Jaws of the Balron
~ Bring back 20,000 gold
~ At least 3 guardsmen must attend
~ Place a full report of your activities bellow




Discipline:

Discipline an essential part of every aspect of Military life from mere getting out of bed to holding a formation together in the bloodiest of battles something you must learn hard and well as a Guardsmen...

You are to Lead an extensive training on Discipline and why it is important in day to day duties as well as on the battlefield! Initiate a few Combat scenario's to explain it and executed them so they get a feel.
Also a uniform and weapon inspection explain how a poorly looked after weapon can get you killed!

~ The training must last 1 hour
~ At least five Guardsmen must attend
~ A basic uniform/Weapons inspection must be done
~ A Full report with sketches posted below

Report
Whilst this task o' leadership were designated ter me, I admit tha' I had tha' help o' Commander Keres and Senior Valentine fer winnin' victory this eve. Without their skill and direction there'd nay be anyone left ter tell this tale. Nonetheless, the hunt went grand - and it taught me how important such events.
Trainin' at tha' Barracks is fine, ba' it ain't until ye're out on a Hunt tha' yer build true trust in yo brothers an' sisters in arms. Yer also learn Healin' an' Movement, an' I hope ter capitalise on this fer mah Trainin' Sesh. S'also needless ter say, I'll be leadin' pretty more Hunts in tha' future - an' ensurin' I get plenty more trophies.
Tha' opponents this eve were a hard bunch, made harder by some green tactics deployed by mahself - I hope to go back there again sometime and utilise more effective strategies, such as those presented by Commander Keres an' Senior Valentine. Ba' as requested, we got tha' JAWS! An' tha' BONE WING! An' we slayed many o' them daemon folk! FOR COVE!

P.S. We owe our lives ter Senior Arcanist Valentine this eve.
