The BoC Command is currently trying to get the Citizen element back on its feet so what i'd like to suggest is if some of you want to then create a Citizen alt and play him in your free time.... Its alot more fun to be a guardsman if you got real citizens to deal with and protect....
We'll publish more Citizen info soon, but if you wanna create a Citizen alt then contact me...
