(If you were there and I haven't named you, please make a note below)The turnout for the market was heavier than anticipated. We were also joined by various other friends such as folk from Vesper and Yew. I would like to extend my gratitude for their attendance at the market. You made it all the more enjoyable.
With help from the Citizens of Cove, I managed to knock together what I reckon was a fairly decent spectacle. All sorts of wares from garments and jewels to all kinds of booze and consumables.
I must admit, most of the time was spent with a rather long and drawn out game of bagball. Or three. After many a beatings from various members of the teams, I could not decide on a true winner. Therefore, all participating teams were awarded five thousand gold coins. The teams were as follows:
- The Oscillating Mackerels
- The Hats
- Team Haddock
All teams were enthusiastic (albeit a little too much so) and put all their efforts into the games! We had a bother causer of the Richter variety, but an evening is never complete without one I suppose.
We had an unexpected visist from the Baron amidst the chaos, which stirred events further.
I would like to thank everyone for coming and hope everyone that attended had a wonderful night. I know I cannot wait for the next one.
