Well then, fresh meat. You think you have what it takes to be a part of the most fashionable and best looking squad in Cove? Then let's see it!

Task I - Knowledge and Humility

If there is one thing we arcanists are, it's being more intelligent than the rest of those mundane blade swingers. Humble, that is another thing. We're sometimes lazy, so it's your job to clean our mess.

• Clean the Arcanist Headquarters, located in the south of Cove. Pay extra attention Cadet Pickles' desk and make sure all the beds are tidy!
• Go either to the Lycaeum or Britain library and learn about the different branches of spellcasting, including necromancy and chivalry. Learn What those branches focus on, if they are more defensive or offensive, and a note on what their herbs are for using.
• I expect a full report with scetches of your research and cleaning below.

Task II - Make some friends

You're new in Cove and have only met a few people. Befriending other people than arcanists might sound insane, but they are worth it. At least some of them are.

• Attend any public event in Cove and try to befriend at least three people.
• Show a special interest in their names, how old they are and how long they served in Cove.
• Again, I expect a full report with scetches of your three preys friends below.

People i met and got too know a little at the barbeque getting past my social akwardness ...

Saerandir - This man seemed a lovely fellow supposedly hundred or more year's old but that doesn't seem feasible then again he does have pointy ear's like the fairytale stories about elves i didn't know they were real he seems a polite pleasant chap with a strong sense of loyalty and a very hungry stomach eating alot of the pork especially the crackling ..

Gar - This old fellow with the bald head seem's to have incredibly bad luck he dashed off for a moment to fetch something from his house and returned speaking about undead we then visited his house to find a circle of freshly skinned animal hides *gips at the thought* i think he is about 60 year's old but i am very unsure as i got distracted and didn't remember to ask him overall he seems a genuine fellow

Tiberius - I have encountered this old gentleman before well last night too be specific at the goblin where he went into some blank flashback like state seem's he's seen alot of horrendous things in his life and it's really taken a toll on him but bar that he's a fairly jolly fellow and great too talk too except when we discussed my childhood and love for food he called me podgie or such a thing *Frowns* .

Sheriham - A strong role model of a watchman she's stern but kind and like's to get on with her tasks and duties she did a cracking job of leading us through destard last night it was really impressive stuff we met again today at the barbeque but she seemed preoccupied talking to saerandir so i didn't want to but into there conversation being the new kid on the block and all.

Carolin argon - The fiery redhead barmaid with a heart of gold i fear i may have offended her once or twice with my comments about throwing bread roll's at peasants as a child not realising that not everyone had a sheltered upbringing like myself but i have yet to learn these things i made it up too her with us taking a trip down to the orc fort today to cave some of there head's in and steal there yeast so she could brew up some tasty alcohol which i really cannot wait to try.

Tonight was going so well it was a joyous occassion everybody was bonding and getting along until an orc turned up at the cardinal feather and attacked us me and watchman garshinkle chased the orc straight into an ambush we tried our best too fend them off but i was knocked unconscious and when i came back too they had slaughtered the watchman and told me i cannot leave i curled up into a ball not knowing what else too do and they later told me i was free too leave as i was weak, Which given how useless i was is completely correct i will never forgive myself for garshinkle losing his life as i sit here bloody bruised and disorientated all i can think of is the event's of tonight rolling through and through my head like a never ending nightmare i cannot snap out of....
