As per tha task that Senior Hrothgar 'as set down fer tha Militia te be gettin' done I need te know who can accompany me te Tokuno fer ta scout tha place out.

[The reason the time isnt specified in the title is because its normally difficult enough getting 3 people together for a patrol nevermind 7+ for an expedition to Tokuno - I will finalise the time if and when i can get enough people to say they will attend .. otherwise it becomes yet another event put off from one time/day to the next]

yes and some hours later is rather late .. some people are asleep then too...

Cant expect to arrive at a time to suit everybody. With it being a Saturday No matter where you live unless its Australia im suite sure 1500 GMT could have been made. If someone really wanted to go.

We have people in the guild which are GMT + hours .. and GMT - Hours ... and GMT ... you cant pick a time for everyone.

Generally 3pm onwards during the weekend is easy money. I'd recommend doing it tomorrow, Sunday is the most popular day.

Furthermore, DO set a time. I know ye said its hard enough gathering three people for a patrol let alone seven; but a specific time DOES help.
Also, try and get a Command to mass message your event over ICQ an hour before the Event, and then again at the set time.

This is the best way to ensure people attend your events. Don't be disheartened if sometimes events get a stale attendance; it can happen, even with large guilds.
