Erik stumbles around the Barracks fatigued after a long hard day when Commander Eason appears out of nowhere and starts shouting at him

Oi! You! Yer bein' a lazy Watchman git again aren't ye?

B-b-b-but no sir! I'v been wor..

Tell it to someone who cares! I'm takin' all ye young welps and a few seasoned veterans on a mission I have dubbed....March or Die!

Arkay rolls his eyes, forgets his fatgue and steps into the lineup. All watchmen are quickly devided into squads. The Commander takes the Arcane division with him. Regular Scout Calico Kate heads up the Light Company squad and myself and Judas are assigned to Grenadier Sergeant Ryan Greystone

The Commander leads the squads towards the Vesper Crossroads when all of a sudden the road is blocked by a ghastly blockade of rubble, freshly cut hides, blood and other Unholy artifacts

The deadites conducting their ghastly blockade or ritual are quickly dispatched and the desacrated hides and objects are burnt by Corporal Veldrin

After the burning Commander Eason orders the different squads to patrol different areas. Our squad is sent to the Vesper Graveyard. A challenging job excellently suited for a Grenadier and two hungry young ones. Sergeant Greystone voices his gratiftude for such a honorful assignment.

Has this bloodi graveyard been cleansed yet? I mean a few barly women and a eunuch could secure this bloodi graveyard! What was the Commander thinking sending the finest warriors off to such an easy assignment!

The Commander then explains we'll be making our way to the Shrine of Compassion in the desert. The Commander ordered the Light Company to take the lead and our squad to leave last and catch any stragglers. Once again an assignment that pleased the Sergeant and indeed the squad in it's entirety.

Upon reaching the desert the Commander finaly decides to let the Grenadier sergeant and his squad take the lead. Not too soon as it appeared because immediately the patrol is beseiged from all sides by monstuously big scorpions, birdwomen and other ghastly creatures.

Sergeant Ryan rejoiced in some real action and after quickly dispatching of any creature crawls too close we soon reache the Shrine. Everyone speaks their words of thanks to the Avatar and his Virtues and the patrol then sets off for the long journey home.

[ooc] I really should 'learn' Erik to write I guess. It's getting dull that I can't actually write these as reports. [/ooc]

In attendance:

Gregor Eason, Commander (leading)
Ryan Greystone, Sergeant Grenadier (leading squad)
Calico Kate, Regular Scout (leading squad)
Judas Deibeau, Junior Guardsman
Kal Shadowhand, Regular Scout
Veldrin, Arcane Corporal
Arc, Arcane Sergeant
James Moris, Recruit
Erik Arkay, Watchman
I hope that's all and I got everyone right
