As the Commander and Drachir waited for any others to turn up, the subject of conversation was turned to Leadership and the Commander decided to give Drachir a Leadership Tutorial, as soon as he started, Regualr Shadowhand arrived, and was able to join the tutorial, no sooner had the Commander has started again, Junior Arkay arrived.The Commander started off by asking the group questions about what makes a good leader, the group didnt seem very sure, but a few good answers came out.
Disipline, Trust, Initiative, Intelligence...all make a good leader...
But there was one thing that Commander Gregor Eason told us, that will stick in our minds for the rest of our careers in the Baronship, and this was it,
"Remember this! Leadership is not a talent, that only a lucky few are born with! It is a skill that is learnt! And everyone can learn it!"
