Tiberius

Full name: Tiberius Kowpowski (Or Kane, as he likes to call himself)

Known as: Tib.

Appearance: Tiberius is in his thirties, and is beginning to look a little rough around the edges. He is a large well built man, with a very strong and loud voice and at times and equally strong Minoc accent. His hair is hazel nut brown, and his eyes a steely grey.

Work-description: Guarding - or more precisely standing around eyeing strangers with mistrust takes up a lot of Tiberius' time. He can often be found high up on the gates of Cove leaning on his halberd. When he's not doing that - he's probably balling at a helpless recruit or drinking himself under the table at the local tavern.

Personality: Tiberius is quite a jovial character, he enjoys a laugh and often pokes fun at the other guardsmen. He is particular friends with Ryan Greystone, both of which hail from the Tel'marian mercenaries. Tiberius can often be quite close minded when it comes to elves and the magic arts, he has been known to dabble in archery occasionally - but even that he mistrusts deeply.

Background: Tiberius was born in Minoc and raised by his father who owned the local mines. At the age of nineteen he ran away from home and joined a mercenary company in Yew after seeing their poster on a wall in Britian he joined seeking a life of adventure, gold, and glory. And he got those and squandered them. After the company disbanded Tiberius took up work as a guard of Cove after reading the up and coming town was in need of guards.

Alignment: Lawful neutral - Although Tiberius has on occasion broken the law, and does indulge in numerous brawls, he is on the whole good. He works to defend the citizens and train and defend his comrades.

Motivation/Goals: Tiberius feels he has done his part. He is an old hand in the Cove militia now, and now just enjoys drinking, chatting, but takes most of his personal pride in training the newer militia members.
