Bright yellow bags

It has come to my attention that hardly anyone carrys around bright yellow bags. It is in the RoE, quoted below.

Each member of CoRE must carry a bag dyed bright yellow. Items contained in this bag are considered stealable for thieves. There is no restriction as to what items may be placed in the bag.

If people do not have these bags it makes lives for thieves harder than it already is. I watched an expeirence with a thief where someone moved away from them as soon as they saw them standing next to them, all due to the guild title.

Anyway, i will provide everyone with bright yellow bags, when you see Della in game please ask her for a bag. Thieves are aloud to steal the following (Quoted from RoE)

Allowable items for stealing include food, drinks, gems and up to 500 gold coins per victim.

Also the following quote proves having a bright yellow bag is better than nothing.

If no bright yellow bag is carried by the victim, the thief may steal a single GM made weapon from the victim. The weapon can be restituated to the victim in exchange for the sum of 500 gold coins.

We should all make an effort to carry these.

I know it can be difficult at times but try to keep one of these bags around. Just like a parade arm and a torch this should also make up your standard equipment.

Thieves rely on the OOC cooperation of CoRE gamers, as rules regarding stealing are rather strict in the Community.

Absolutely, i think i might just carry a yellow bag in my backpack and stick all of me items in there.  Thieves are an integral part of any dark low fantasy setting, with so few restrictions on what can and can't be stolen it would look good on our part if we were able to provide thieves with stuff to steal that differs from the normal guidelines.
