Dear Seamus

Want you to lead a training session.
This training session should be based around physical exercise and must include a warm up, training, and last man standing.

The training part is up to you. I suggest you do things like Log rolling, wrestling and crate lifting.
I want the report posted on this thread, and i want it soon!
