Sinn were told to head to the roof for some training. The training started with some parade commands. After those sinn started the 'real' training which was physical. Sinn ran 6 laps around the arena, made 30 push-ups, had one on one boxing. and for final Mi and Darek together formed a team to take Vlad. Esan won from sinn, but that could be exected.
