The Tournament!It was my great plessure this eve to host a Grand Tournament in the name of Cove, and the North!The Tournament was broken up into four different divitions, Wytches Duels, Warrior Duels, Two on Two battles, and Boxen!
Warrior DuelsThe turn-out was simply amazing, Many people from places all over turned out for the Tournament, So I figured I'd get the blut out of the way by starting with Warrior Duels. Several people went up for there chance to win their part in the prize money! I believe Ten in all signed up for this event. Starting off quickly the matches ending before yuou could blink in some cases. It soon wen to the Semi-Finals, where Kado won victorious over Hoagie. And, Vincent, Believe it or not, Won over Joey.
Leaving Kado and Vincent in a feirce battle that many would fall quickly, but the young watchman held strong! But, finally falling in the end leraving Vincent victoriuos with the heavy sum of One Hundred Thousand gold coins.
Wytch DuelsNo-one showed up for this event! Grr!
Two on Two BattlesOnly three pairs signed up for this event. Kado, and Chaffers. Hoagie and a unknown fighter named "Miranda". And, orcourse Vincent and Joey. In the first battle the feirce team Kado and Chaffer locked their blades with Hoagie and Miranda. The battle lasting a good while, the two teams fought vigoursly, Until Hoagie's team finally fell. After a little intermission as Corporal Lanai seddled some grudges with a Verpirain we got back to the battles straight into the finals with Kado and Chaffers against Joey and Vinny. Kado and Chaffers put up a good fight but they were no match for the great team work of Joey and Vinny. The Kado, Chaffers team fell quickly but valantly as Vinny and Joey struck hard!
Boxen!Ofcourse I finished up with My personal favorite, Boxen. With only four people signed up for this again, the battle went Quickly. Starting with Hoagie versus a stranger named Thom, Hoagie punched his way to victory! A secound battle Joey versus a Civilian here in town, The battle was so close it was tough to call, so I turned to the auidance for help with my desition. But as then the Noble Civilian forfeited, saying
"I only competed to fill the empty spot.." And so, that Left Hoagie and Joey in the finals. The last fight was one to watch both throwing their very best punches and trying their hardest to block the insane blows! But, as time winndled down, I knew one hade to win.... It was surely a tough choice, but in the End, I decided that Hoagfie needed deserved the win!
