We lined up at the Barracks and decided to scout Vesper to see if the reports of the snakes leaving were true. Turns out the report was false as we ran into an extremely tough snake that scattered us. We regrouped at Swaggers and then made our way to dungeon Shame.
We raided deeper into the dungeon taking the foes by surprise and overrunning them. As we descended into the deeper levels we met stiffer resistance. We crossed a bridge and found a watery cavern full of beasts like the kraken! Luckily the kraken could not leave the water and was killed from the shore with ranged spells and arrows. Yar!
Senior Scout Valiro asked Cadet Nicholi if he could take over for a short time to see if he was still up to it and he led us for the duration of the hunt.
We soon encountered a strange building filled with made mages! Making short work of them using surprise and overwhelming charges in brutal room to room fighting we soon secured a room and I opened a portal to return us to Cove and Cadet Nicholi resumed command.
