The Covian council shall be re-established soon by order of lord baron Octiovus Richter.
Only true citizens with standing can apply. There are four positions to be filled.
Minister of Covian affairs
(upperclass citizen rank only, overseeing the Covian population and nobility)
Minister of Defence
(officer rank only, keeping the peace in Cove)
Minister of Religion
(chuch rank only, keeping the faith amongst Cove's citizenry)
Minster of Trade
(anyone can apply, in charge of trade caravans)
and in addition
one of each Covian guild
